King County on Thursday launched a new therapeutic court designed specifically for veterans.
County officials, judges, community members and veterans gathered at the county courthouse to celebrate the new "veterans treatment court."
The court will provide treatment and supervision to help veterans with mental health issues. The goal is to keep veterans out of the criminal justice system.
